Hamburger Meal Illness - McDonald's, Sanford Florida

Had the 2 hamburger meal and a large fry with large shake. They had no whipped cream. It seemed fine but after eating it a few hours later i woke up throwing up from 12 am to 5 in the morning, I had diarrhea as well. Still feeling nausious and havent been able to keep anything down since last night and its 11:40 now tuesday sept 7 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
