I think McDonald's my son ate only half of there egg and cheese mc muffin and has been throwing up all night and diarrhea ? I have 9 people in my house and know one is sick just him... Nothing a little active charcoal can't fix but still they to fix this, Atleast 2 to 4 hours he was trying to sleep and normal never sleeps during the day and then from 6:00 to now vomiting takes long for the diarrhea | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
