I had nothing to eat 12 to 14 hours prior of giving breakfast on December 31st. I ordered an egg McMuffin and a steak McMuffin with water and coffee. This was around 9 in the morning. By 1 in the afternoon I started belching and began feeling worse with severe stomach cramping and pain bloating and by 8 I was vomiting and had diarrhea feeling very weak and I had the chills. After vomiting I did feel better the pain did subside but was weak and a little dizzy until around 11:12 the next day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Weakness, Chills, Bloating, Cramps, Burping
