Quarter Pounder Causes Illness - McDonald's, Webster Texas

I have Frequent this meal several times...This is the first time I got sick..At 12 noon I ate a quarter pounder with Cheese and a Fish Sandwich..Around 4 pm , I noticed excessive bloating in my belly..Around 6 pm I attempted to go the restroom a couple of times and concluded that I had constipation...At this point I had no appetite and was getting severe cramps in my stomach..At 8:30 pm I attempted to go to the restroom one more time and started to do volatile vomiting ( a lot)...I felt a lot better but my stomach was still a little bit stolen. I immediately called my Insurance Nurse line and while I was on the phone with her, I had to vomit again ( this time less severe).. I had no fever or sweats..My nurse concluded that I had food poisoning. She instructed me to take small sips of Gatorade every 20 minutes for an hour..I took the first small sip and fell asleep( it was about 9 pm)...When I woke up at 4:30 am the majority of swelling went down and I was pain free. As a precaution, I was advised to eat salid and soup to make sure my digestion is functioning properly..
Note: I never want to catch Food Poisoning again 😫 | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Swelling, Constipation
