at approximately 6:45am, my father ordered a Sausage McMuffin with Cheese and an Orange Juice and, within two hours was laying on the floor complaining of discomfort., Less than twelve hours after eating the food, my father needed to be transported to the hospital via ambulance to receive emergency, life-saving care. I have given you as much information that I can give at this time. Less than twelve hours later he was admitted to the emergency room of our general hospital and diagnosed with possobly food poisoning. He claimed that his breakfast did not taste "right" and didn't even eat the entire sandwich. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea
