I ate a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Medium Fries, and drank Iced Coffee around late at night. The next morning after waking up my stomach started to hurt really badly and went straight to the restroom & had diarrhea. After drinking water and eating an apple because I had no appetite to eat anything else, I ended up vomiting back the food. I was weak and bed-ridden for that day until the next afternoon and had to call in sick for work for two days. I have a feeling it was the iced coffee or quarter pounder. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain, Loss of Appetite
