I had two sausage egg and cheese mcmufins, about 4-5 hours later I was throwing up, sharp lower abdominal pains, and I had nausea. I couldn't hold down anything, I got over the worst symptoms the next day but still had nausea and lower abdominal was tender. I didn't eat anything else that day that I had the two egg and cheese mcmufins | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
