Possibly a sausage egg mcmuffin from there I ate the food for breakfast and had a slight case of diarrhea around 7pm. Next morning / afternoon I ate the second one (I had gotten two of them the previous morning) and a lottle while later my stomach was feeling crampy and I got diarrhea pretty badFriday Jan 21st 2021 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
