My boyfriend, daughter, and I ate at this mcdonalds on August 3rd around 3:45 pm. We all ate French fries and my boyfriend had a grilled chicken sandwich and I had a McChicken. On August 3rd around midnight my daughter vomited. I began having diahrea around 1 am and my boyfriend vomited and had a high fever shortly after. The sickness lasted through the night, all day on august 4th, and is still taking place. The only foods we ate in common were from this mcdonalds. There are other people who live with us who do not exhibit the same symptoms so I don't think it's a virus. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
