On Wednesday December 20th at around 5:30pm, I ordered a McDouble cheeseburger from the Drive Thru at the Almaden Road location. As I was eating it, I felt like the texture of the meat was a bit odd but didn't think much of it since it didn't taste weird. I ate it with a side of small fries with no problem. However, about 2-2.5 hours later, I started feeling very sick with severe nausea, cramps, and stomachache. 2 hours later I found myself vomiting non-stop and I realized it was the cheeseburger that had made me sick. I am currently almost 8 months pregnant so this on top of all the other pregnancy symptoms was horrible to have to go through. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

McDouble Cheeseburger meat caused me to have cold sweats all last night. I know it was the "meat", because that is the only food I ate since oatmeal the morning of December 20. Same restaurant on Almaden Road, in San Jose, California.
