Just wanted to drop a quick note about an issue I had after eating at McDonald’s in Hyllie, Malmö. Had their Super McMuffin breakfast sandwich with sausage, bacon, egg, and ketchup around 8:47 this morning. Things started going south around noon: • Suddenly got really cold and shaking with chills which adds to a bacterial/viral fold contamination hypothesis. • Experienced some pretty severe intestinal/abdominal pain for the entire duration of remaining day. • Ended up vomiting everything in my insides and then some, which wasn’t pleasant, but I did feel a bit better afterwards. Wanted to flag this in case it’s not just a one-off thing. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Nausea, Other, Shaking
