I ate egg McMuffin with sausage around 10:30 am on 12/28/17. This is the only food eaten all day and night before that my wife did not share (and did not get sick). She ate egg McMuffinwith Canadian bacon from same McDonald’s. 6 hours later, I started not feeling well with stomach pain. Nausea, dizziness, diahrea and vomiting then started about 7 hours after eating and has continued all night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
