I tried for the first time to use the "mobile order" phone app feature & placed the order while I was outside the restaurant. Not only did it take them over 30 minutes to get my food ready I had to go back thru the drive thru a second time to remind them I'd been waiting. I ended up with a bag of cold food and a watered down diet coke but didn't realize it until after I pulled away. I asked for a refund right away but they said you have to do that thru the mobile app 800# which was closed. A few hours after I ate a few cold fries, a cheeseburger & drank a mocha frappe I started getting stabbing pains in my stomach, bloating, and harsh rounds of vomiting the kind you cannot control. I got nausea & then it lead to hours of diarhrea. All in all it was a horrible night & I hope no one else suffered the misery of bad food and HORRIFIC SERVICE. It took 58 minutes from the time of my order to the time I left....no wonder I got sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Bile
