I ordered a southwest chicken salad this evening and took it home to eat for supper. After about an hour I felt nauseous. Within another half hour I began to have diarrhea. The diarrhea has become bloody at this point from going so much and I have began vomiting. I went to throw away the container and noticed the sticker showing it was outdated. I am now extremely ill from a purchase at this restaurant with dizziness, nausea, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, and stomach cramps. This salad was the only thing other than a green pepper I ate today so I know it was from McDonalds that made me ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Cramps
