Green Stool After McD's Meal - McDonald's, Newnan Georgia

So I’ve eaten at this for yrs and never had any type of sickness related problem. On June 5, 2019 I ordered two sausage , egg and cheese biscuits with 4 hash browns. After I ate that I got stomach pain and not quite diarrhea but when I used the restroom my stool was watery and green. This has persisted two days. My stomach no longer hurts but I still get discomfort after eating any food and when I use the restroom it’s watery and In pieces. It is not solid. I’m not sure if I need to flush my whole system or see a doctor. I see a lot of related post so maybe y’all have experienced the same thing. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
