Fruit and maple oatmeal and small black coffee for breakfast on my way to start my first day at my new job. 2 hrs into my shift severe stomach pains and diarrhea. After 14 trips to the bathroom i had to go home. Mt fever started and intense chills. Hit 103.5 before my wife could get it under control. Went away by morning but the diarrhea and stomach pains havent stopped. 20 to 30 bowel movements per day. I'm on my 4th day. I lost that job. Thanks.
