Happy meal, cheese burger and fries. My four year old had it from our local Walmart she took a few bites of cheeseburger and ate the fries this was around 2pm. She went on with her day and around 1am in bed she threw up I came to check on her and she continued to throw up every 20 min or so she threw up 3 times total and I could smell their fries in her throw up with a grey color to it. | Symptoms: Vomiting
