McMuffin Illness: Fever, Diarrhea - McDonald's, Chirk Wales

I had a double sausage and egg McMuffin on Sunday 3rd March, by lunchtime I was starting to feel ill, by evening time I was shivering terribly, after a really bad sleep waking at least 10 times I had diarrhoea for nearly 3 days straight, I know before that breakfast at McDonald’s I ate nothing out of the ordinary and my kitchen is spotless. The food was luke warm and disappointing, I even had to wait parked up because they gave me the order wrong | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
