I had lunch at McDonald's on churn creek and Dana drive in redding California. I ate there on February 9th 2026, at about one pm. I had a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with fries, soda, and hot mustard sauce. Everything tasted ok except the soda.it had a very bitter taste. Approximately 4 hours later I started feeling ill. It started with extreme gas, sulfur burps and headache. Then it moved into diarrhea and severe cramps. The cramps were in my stomach and in my lower abdomen. Now it's the 10th of February and im still feeling ill. I'm better than last night but still not feeling well. I truly believe that I got sick from McDonald's because that's the only thing I had to eat all day yesterday.
