Big Tasty Causes Illness - McDonald's, Boreham England

7 years ago reported by user-cfxw7232 business

McDonald's, Drovers Way, Chelmsford, UK

Drovers Way, Boreham, CM2 5PS England, United Kingdom

I ate a “big tasty” burger ( no sauce), fries and a chocolate milkshake from our local McDonald’s restaurant at about 5pm on the 1st Jan 2019 ( yesterday). About an hour or so after eating my meal I become dizzy and nauseous, I began with stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhoea. The vomiting lasted about 2 hours, the diarrhoea much longer, all night and even now, the next morning. I felt fine before eating this meal and hadn’t had any food that day apart from 2 slices of toast that morning. I am left feeling awful and dehydrated. Still unable to stay too far from the toilet. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness
