Had a sausage eggs and cheese McGriddle yesterday at noon. Within 8 hours I had my first bout of diarrhea. I was able to get two hours of sleep but then have been in the bathroom since 130am with horrible cramps and what feels like nonstop diarrhea. I have a fever and feel very nauseous but have not thrown up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
