I ate a Big Mac and chips on Monday 24/7/23 at approx 4pm Spanish time, at approx 6am British time on 25/07/23 I was suffering from severe diarrhoea, severe stomach cramps, shivers, sweating, and ached from head to foot.On 27/07/23 at approx 3.30 pm I’m still having severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating
