Quarter Pounder Pain - McDonald's, Columbia South Carolina

7 years ago reported by user-gkrmf718 business

McDonald's, Elmwood Avenue, Columbia, SC, USA

1024 Elmwood Avenue, Columbia, 29201 South Carolina, United States

During my lunch break, I went to the McDonald’s on Elmwood st, had got the 6$ combo of the quarter pounder w/cheese small fries and a strawberry pie w/sweet tea, I ate that around 11:57am, it started around 1:50pm. I started to have intense stomach pain like I can barley focus on my work or walk. Had used the restroom and that’s when it got worse, had stayed in there for 30 mins just crying because I was in so much pain, now it’s 7:46pm and my stomach still hurts, and that’s with taking Pepto-Bismol & Tylenol 500 l. Not eating McDonald’s no more PERIOD! Don’t go to McDonald’s on Elwood st, this the second time this happened. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
