My daughter ordered us some stuff from McDonald’s and she got me a Coke and a small fries and two parfaits after 2 to 3 hours after eating I got very very sick I have diarrhea I was shaking chills and muscle egg basically I thought I was going to die could keep nothing down diarrhea you name it I had it | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Shaking
