Ate a Sausage McMuffin here. Have no immune system. Been violently ill for a day n finally collapsed. Just recovering on 9-20-2022. Ate nothing else since then, Only food eaten was this. This was my wife n she suffered tremendously with no immune system. | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Fever, Confusion
