Ate a Sausage McMuffin here. Have no immune system. Been violently ill for a day n finally collapsed. Just recovering on 9-20-2022. Ate nothing else since then, Only food eaten was this. This was my wife n she suffered tremendously with no immune system.

Appears that the edge of a a couple hamburger patties were raw Just me, I believe my dog's will be fine. I cut the bottom of bag because it was unusually wet and saved other pieces of bun etc. I thought it was like watered down ketchup…

McDouble Meal Illness

I had a McDouble and nothing else. 4 hours after eating that I begin vomiting and nauseas and diarrhea! I ate there on 01/24/2021
