Food Safety Report: McDonald's, Hwy 6, Houston, TX, United States.

McDonald's, Hwy 6, Houston, TX, United States

4650 Highway 6, Houston, 77084 Texas, United States

I went this morning and I got a hash brown and a yogurt parfait and a large drink before a family day by the beach. I started to feel pain in my stomach once we got to the beach but ignored it and ate some fries and onion rings. About 30 mins later I threw up and had to cut out trip home and head back home. And I've thrown up 3 more times since then today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
