Dear ladies and gentlemen, I was eating with friends at McDonald's in Bernau near Berlin 5 days ago. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 chicken wrap and grilled potatoes. When I arrived home, I complained of constipation. It started the day after. I had diarrhea. I am now on the 4th day running to the toilet about 20 times a day, I have mega bad stomach cramps so I can barely walk. When running, your stomach hurts right away. Now there are also chills and fever. (Every time I defecate, I feel that my intestinal tract is so congested that I have diarrhea because of it.
