We were on our way to the Bahamas. My wife, toddler and I each had an egg McMuffin. Within two hours we were all vomiting into plastic bags on the airplane and then spent the next 3 days very, very sick with vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
