I ate the Big Mac with Large fries and a large Fruitopia drink. I woke up to liquid acid stool, bloating, cramping, nasua, headache, dizziness, and sulfur burps . When I vomited I took note that only the McDonald's products were there , the fries about 16 still had a outside skin like structure (they were coated in something unnatural) though they were transparent. I also took note that the pickle remained unchanged, still bite marks, still color , and fully intact. My only thought was it may be actually fake since the acid in my stomach didn't brake it down. . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Bloating, Dizziness, Burping
