Purchased a large fry, large coke and a McRib sandwich. Ate well over half of it and it was cold and mushy feeling in the middle. Started to develop stomach cramping, and have been vomiting for 2 hour's now along with sweating. 5 hour's later I finally stopped vomiting, but now I have a headache and exhausted. 100% sure it was the McRib sandwich that was raw that caused this as I hadn't eaten anything else all day. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Sweating, Cramps, Nausea, Headache

That McDonald's is nasty along with the one out at the Love's truck stop in town! I found a piece of blue scrubbing pad from where they clean their grills with stuck on my sausage this morning! Does no good to complain, the owner and the managers just look the other way and offer nothing to correct their issues!
