Had nothing to eat but McDonald’s food yesterday and am in extreme pain. Stomach pain, chills, diarrhea. Had the buy 1 and get 1 for a dollar (Big Mac, fish filet sandwich) No drinks and no French fries. This was the only food I had consumed all day. Definitely got food poisoning from one of those items. Had to miss work and taking my dog to the vet this morning because of it | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Stomach Pain
