Ordered two filet o'fish on Friday April 14, 2017. 8 hours later stomach cramps, projectile vomiting, uncontrollable diarrhea, headache, chills, fever. Symptoms lasted into the next two days, eased up by 3 day with a reoccurring event on 4th day. This bout landed me in hospital getting iv fluids antibiotics & nausea medicine. That was Tuesday. I'm still not 100% on Sunday April 23. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Cramps
