Ordered Big Mac meal around 4:30pm on Sunday 11/10, around 2 am puking up Big Mac lettuce and onions with chunks of meat. It’s been 24 hours and cannot keep any food down. Very nauseous, also diarrhea this morning.

Ordered two filet o'fish on Friday April 14, 2017. 8 hours later stomach cramps, projectile vomiting, uncontrollable diarrhea, headache, chills, fever. Symptoms lasted into the next two days, eased up by 3 day with a reoccurring event on 4th day. This bout landed me in hospital getting…
