Bought a grand Big Mac fries and a Diet Coke and began to get stomach cramps about two hours later, I knew it was this as I only had toast that morning, to be honest it was very busy at the drive thru and the staff were miserable, hence the fact the burger wasn’t over hot! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
