Double Cheeseburger Illness - McDonald's, Keokuk Iowa

I got 2 double cheeseburgers on Sunday and by Monday morning I was vomiting and had the worst stomach cramps. It was constant vomiting for 2 days and the stomach cramps are still on and off 3 days later. Found out another resident of the neighborhood ate at the same place two days prior to me and also had the same symptoms which is why I’m saying it was there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Cramps
