Additional information: I ordered a Double Filet o Fish meal with a lemonade and fries at 3pm. Only an hour after ingestion I began to feel very queasy, and as time went on it got worse. Until approximately 3 hours after ingestion I had nausea that led to
vomiting. The vomiting didn’t secede until everything came out, including bile. On top of this, I had a homemade breakfast that consisted of fried eggs and toast about 4 hours prior to eating the McDonalds, but felt no discomfort afterwards. I still have stomach discomfort as I’m writing this; however, I have yet to
