Today at noon I had 2 Big Mac, one French fries and a cheeseburger. There was also a Coke Zero Sugar. This was my only meal of the day. I started having stomach cramps around 8:30 p.m. At 10:30 PM I had to vomit. The vomit showed leftover meat and cucumber. Diarrhoea began at 23:00. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps
