McMuffin Meal Illness Report - McDonald's, Charleroi Pennsylvania

I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal. It included a hash brown and an orange juice. This was at 6am on june 7th, 2020. It is now 7:20am and I am currently experiencing severe stomach pains and diarrhea. I rarely eat at ANY Location anymore because this happens almost every time I eat ANYTHING from ANY Location. What is going on with their food? I am not the only person who complains about this. That is how I found this website. There are endless complaints about they giving people food poisoning. This will definitely be the last time I eat their food. It was already a rare occasion when I stopped there, but this is definitely the last time. I cannot believe how sick and in pain I am right now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
