Yesterday about 12:30 I ate fish sandwich with ketchup and cheese only and chicken nuggets with honey mustard and. BBQ sauce...I had upset stomach about three he's later after I woke up from nap..very watery stool...then again and again and vomiting too...still going with stomach and its 2:20 am so since a little. After noon I have Been sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
