Thursday morning April 7 at roughly 9 AM I ate an Egg McMuffin with cheese and about three hours later got really sick. I fell sleep at work. I was working at the arena and ended up vomiting many hours later that evening and I've been having diarrhea ever since. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
