McMuffin Illness: Cramp, Nausea - McDonald's, Chicago Illinois

I ordered 2 sausage and cheese mcmuffins from the drive thru around 130pm. I are the sandwich and noticed it wasn't hot but it was just warm. I wasn't hungry after that. Its as if I had No apetite hours after I had eaten at McDonald's. By 6pm I started to get stomach and gas pains. I felt nauseated and had a headache. By 8pm I was getting terrible cramping pains and the diaherria began. Its 11pm now and I still feel very sick. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because I feel so sick right now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas, Headache, Cramps
