Took my daughter-in-law and grandson to McDonalds today (May 15, 2024). Grandson had chicken nugget kids meal with chocolate milk...he has not had any problems so far. I had quarter pounder deluxe with cheese meal with sweet tea. After an hour I started having nausea, diarrhea, and stomach pain which was partially relieved after taking a 4 mg Zofran. But returned within a couple of hours...I took another Zofran with partial relief again. My daughter-in-law had the Big Mac meal with sweet tea. She became nauseous with stomach pain after a couple of hours and vomited. She also took a Zofran with partial relief. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting
