Probable food poison. Advance NC corner of hwy 158 and hwy801.
Friday morning around 8:00am I ordered and ate a McGriddle with sausage and egg. Around 4-5 began feeling sick. Could not stop throwing up, pouring sweat head pounding then diarrhea. EMTs had to come to the house to treat me. Still not 100%. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
