E. coli from Fast Food - McDonald's, Pottsville Pennsylvania

On Thursday late night we ordered filet of fish, ranch chicken snack, and 2 burgers which were plain but had onions on. I licked off onions for dogs. I also had french fries. I was put in hospital at Cedar Crest in Allentown with heart condition on Tuesday night. A day later I was diagnosed with E. coli through stool diarrhea watery. I also had a burger for lunch at the hospital. I am very sick with bloody diarrhea and bad cramps. I've been sick since Tuesday and I am still having diarrhea with blood and I'm very weak.
