Sunday 2/1/2026 i ordered 2 Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuits from McDonald's at Gantzel/Ironwood and Ocotillo in San Tan Valley, AZ. Within 2 hours of heating them i was suddenly without warning violently vomiting every hour for 8 hours straight. Could not even drink tiny sips of water and did not eat anything prior or after. Severe stomachache, headache, chills. It did resolve itself within 24 hours. Worst 24 hours of my life. Never experienced anything like it before. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
