I ordered a small Filet o Fish meal with no cheese on the sandwich and a Shamrock Shake to drink. The sandwich tasted a little blander than usual and was especially greasy, which is why I think it’s the fish that’s the culprit. This was around 3:20pm and I began feeling gassy around 4 and took a few Gas X pills but by 4:30 this became stomach cramping and nausea shortly after. At 5:45 I began going in and out of the bathroom. I experienced sudden urgency and the 5th time this resulted in diarrhea. Stomach cramps continued throughout the night with a few more instances of diarrhea and some sweating/increased heart rate. Now at 11:40pm it seems to be dying down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas, Sweating
