Only time I ate out was at McDonald's and within 8 hours of eating the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich I felt awful, I had a headache and a fever. Then diarrhea occurred too a few hours later then 36 hours after I began vomiting and am still continuing to have sever diarrhea and awful stomach aches | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
