Food Safety Report: McDonald's Ocean Park, Burrfields Road, Portsmouth, United Kingdom.

9 years ago reported by user-jgmg1951

McDonald's Ocean Park, Burrfields Road, Portsmouth, United Kingdom

4 Dundas Lane, Portsmouth, PO3 England, United Kingdom

Between 3.45pm and 4.00pm on Friday 11th November 2016 my wife purchased a large Thai special meal for herself and a cheeseburger with no pickles or onion for our granddaughter and a separate order for fries, which she ate. At 7.00pm my granddaughter complained of feeling unwell, which got progressively worse and at 7.45 pm she was violently sick, complained of stomach cramps and was ice you cold. The vomiting continued until approximately 1.10am. Whilst in the restaurant my wife heard a female member of staff saying they were waiting for 11 doubles and could they hurry up. My granddaughter has been unable to keep any food down for the whole of Saturday and has been cold. | Symptoms: Vomiting
