Good morning,I want to report an episode of indigestion after a meal at your establishment. McDonald's, Business Park, 2, Emile Durkheim Business Park, Rue d'Hellieule 2, 88100 Saint-Dié-des-Vosges
• Date and meal: Saturday February 7, 2026 noon, Maxi Best Of 280 menu
Double And large portion of fries and a Coke. Nathan my boyfriend also ate 3 nuggets and ate my cheeseburger.
• his Symptoms: 20 minutes after eating, he had diarrhea, nausea and abdominal discomfort. The symptoms persisted until the following night. February 8, 2026
• Important clarification: Nathan has never had diarrhea after a fatty meal before.
• Evolution: symptoms less intense the next day (8fev) but with a nocturnal relapse (9fev).
• Others: no vomiting, no fever, no known medical conditions.
My symptoms: stomach discomfort, slight burning, slight intestinal discomfort and slight diarrhea.
